Steps to resolve this issue:
- Check and make sure that your phone or tablet are on the correct WIFI network.
- For G1 TytoCare devices, ensure that your WIFI is 2.4Ghz.

- Try and move closer to your router or access point when pairing.
- Completely close the TytoCare App on your phone or tablet. Open the TytoCare App, sign in and try pairing again.
- Check to make sure that the date, time and time zone is correct on your phone or tablet.
