Symptom: Once the provider starts the visit, there is a very long wait. In addition, on the patient’s side the TytoCare App displays a black screen
Possible Cause: The TytoCare App permissions required on the mobile device is not allowed
Suggested Solution:
- IOS - Please go to Settings > TytoCare then enable the TytoCare App access for the following:
- Location - "While Using"
- Bluetooth - "On"
- Local Network - "On"
- Microphone - "On"
- Camera - "On"
- Notifications - "Allow"
- Background App Refresh - "On"
- Cellular Data - "On"
- Android - Please go to Settings > Apps > TytoCare > Permissions then enable the TytoCare App access for the following:
- Camera - "On"
- Location - "On"
- Microphone - "On"
