Symptom: Once the provider starts the visit, there is a very long wait. In addition, on the patient’s side the TytoCare App displays a black screen

Possible Cause: The TytoCare App permissions required on the mobile device is not allowed

Suggested Solution: 

  • IOS - Please go to Settings > TytoCare then enable the TytoCare App access for the following:
    • Location - "While Using"
    • Bluetooth - "On"
    • Local Network - "On"
    • Microphone - "On"
    • Camera - "On"
    • Notifications - "Allow"
    • Background App Refresh - "On"
    • Cellular Data - "On"
  • Android - Please go to Settings > Apps > TytoCare > Permissions then enable the TytoCare App access for the following:
    • Camera - "On"
    • Location - "On"
    • Microphone - "On"
