Symptom: The provider cannot initiate any exam with the Tyto Device. The following message is displayed on the right side of the Clinician Station: “Device is charging”.

Cause: The Tyto Device on the Patient side is connected to a charger, and therefore no exam can be conducted.

Solution: The Tyto Device needs to be disconnected from the charger and then you can continue with performing the different exams.
